- Reservation must be made direct via our hotel or our website.
- Best Rate Guarantee claim must be made in full within 24 hours of making your direct reservation.
- The claim must include the lower rate and exact link (URL) where the rate can be confirmed.
- If the claim is verified, the rate in your reservation will be adjusted to reflect the change.
- The matched rate will reflect the price before taxes and fees.
- Hotel has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim.
- Hotel has the discretion to determine if a competing rate is genuinely available.
- Hotel’s decision is final in the case of a dispute.
- Hotel reserves the right to modify the terms of Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
